Window Well Incident

Hawke fell down my neighbors basement window well and cracked his head open


Basement Window Wells are usually 4 - 5 feet deep


Kenya was the only one around when it happened so she ran home and told mommie that Hawke had fallen down the well, because of how deep the window well was he couldn't climb out so he had to wait injured until help came. He didn't require any stitches and hardly cried by the next morning he had forgotten the whole thing.

Art

As most parents know artwork can become a quite a storage issue so we have taken to taking a picture of the art and storing it in a folder on my laptop. We have boxes and boxes of children art and it get's damaged and you can't look at it because of the effort to find and catelog it. So if your not doing it already I would recommend taking a photo and saving (and backing up) it on your computer.

Shoes

Rarely does Hawke ever put actual shoes on when I ask him to. He usually comes down wearing a pair of slippers. Most often I don't mind and let him do his thing, but yesterday he just didn't understand why I insisted he change his slippers into something he could actually walk in. He is so stinking funny!
