New beginnings

This chart represent the changes ive made from the day Theresa asked for a divorce.

 I have completely transformed my body and my mind, my self confidence and determination are at an all time high On the scale I have lost 35lbs but in actuality I have lost so much more.  I have gone through the most difficult experience in my life and I am still standing better yet I am learning things about myself that were buried for years , My future is bright.
