A unity of opposites

When I came home today I was greeted by my son playing ball outside in a fedora and puppy slippers, Now if you know my son you know this is a typical outfit he would choose to wear on the other hand Kenya is wearing matching cow-girl hat with boots and denim shorts, pink necklace, bracelet and trim on her hat with her hair braided into cow-girl pigtails.
(don't ask about the stain on his shorts),

They compliment each other sort of the ying and yang of blonde african americans Kenya will wait until Hawke jumps off the top bunk before trying it herself with some coaxing and she is such a "A" type personality she keeps him grounded and not completly in lala land.

Damn Cats

I kicked my cat today.....every time I open the door they run as fast as they can and shoot out the door and then I have to chase them outside so today when one tried I kicked it…………… I kicked the shit out of it and guess what it worked, it spun around and ran back inside and now when I open the door they are to afraid to try escaping, so I kind of feel bad about kicking the cat but it's not darting at the door every time I open it and then I have to chase it all over the neighborhood yelling "Cuddles!!" "Cuddles!!”, hum anyway good talking to you - Raphael

Ed & Lisa

My good friend retired from the Air force and I had the privilege of attending the ceremony in Colorado this past weekend. My kind host took me to a local nature center called the Garden of the God’s


The retirement ceremony went off without a hitch and Ed gave an impressive speech


Lisa hosted a Hawaiian inspired party for her husband and invited lots of really nice people that are a part of there life. Good times

Hawke at Football Camp

Hawke has been in football camp this summer and he loves it



Colt is also in football camp with Hawke so that makes it all the better, toward the end of practice Hawke needed a bathroom break.

Utah Ute's Home Opener

Theresa and I went to the Utah -v- UNLV game on a beautiful fall day

Prettiest girl in the stadium

Royal Wilbon sponsored our trip and joined us in the stands

Utah played horribly in the first half and then came out in the second half and scored 35 points

Tailgating!! We were tailgating with a group that had a 5th wheel and a pop up canopy, lots of beer, bar -b-que and Theresa had her own personal stalker, this little girl followed her everywhere she went and almost cried when we left

Kids & Cats

My kids love their cats! They named the orange one Tiger (Hawke) and the grey one Cuddles (Kenya) now just imagine a 6 foot 3/ 225 lb black man yelling CUDDLES! CUDDLES! come here CUDDLES...............


Kenya is rarely seen without a cat in her arms
Hawke fell asleep in the basement while laying on our paper towles and toilet paper with the cats


Kenya dresses them up and talks to them constantly

Tiger is a very curious cat and I have had some challenges with him but overall they are good pets
